AT FIELDSTONE OUTDOORS, WE STRIVE TO EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DON’T LOVE YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE RETURN FORM, PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS, APPLY THE LABEL PROVIDED AND SHIP THEM BACK TO US.
The size selected on the RETURN FORM will be shipped to you upon processing of the exchange. Exchanges are based upon product availability.
The full amount paid, minus shipping fees, will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s).
If you've received a defective item, were sent incorrect items, are missing items from your order or need a return label, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PURCHASES FROM FIELDSTONE RETAILERS
If you purchased an item from a Fieldstone retailer, please make the return/exchange at the location where you originally purchased it. Returns that are received that were not purchased from fieldstoneoutdoors.com will not be processed.
Orders purchased using the Afterpay payment method are eligible for return/exchange. However all refunds will be issued through the Afterpay site.
